In order to maintain our exceptional service standards, our Accounts Team is looking for a new Accounts Receivables Officer to help look after our customer accounts.

As our new Management Accountant your duties will involve:
Debtor Management
Stock management – reconciliation and reporting including KPI
Cost Management – involved with production team, reporting on wastage and manufacturing costing
Financial Reporting – assisting with the Financial controller with regular financial reports, with reporting of variances to budget
Sales Reporting – working with internal stakeholders on company reports
Payroll Management – including validating timesheets and co-ordinating with external payroll officer
Assisting the Financial Controller in all aspects pertaining to operations
Ideally you will also:
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience within a Manufacturing environment
Be CPA/CA qualified with a relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent
Have an advanced knowledge of MS Excel and experience in SAP an advantage
Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Have demonstrated the ability to adhere to reporting deadlines
Be a self-starter with positive attitude
